04:51 AM EDT, 05/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Broadway Financial ( BYFC ) said late Tuesday it has appointed Zack Ibrahim as chief financial officer.

Ibrahim was most recently executive director and head of corporate finance at Texas Capital Bancshares.

The company also appointed Elizabeth Sur as chief risk officer and Elise Adams as chief accounting officer. All the appointments became effective on May 15.
