The company said it failed to file its quarterly Form 10-Q on time for the quarter ended March 31.

The notice does not immediately affect listing or trading of the stock, according to a statement.

The company has 60 calendar days from May 28 to submit a plan detailing how it plans to regain compliance, according to the company.
