05:54 PM EDT, 09/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Broadwind ( BWEN ) said late Wednesday that it completed the sale of its Manitowoc, Wisconsin, fabrication operations to IES Holdings for $13.5 million to streamline operations and focus on higher-margin areas.

Following the sale, Broadwind ( BWEN ) updated its 2025 guidance, projecting $145 million to $155 million in revenue and $9 million to $10 million in adjusted EBITDA, excluding a $9 million gain from the divestiture. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect revenue of $152.6 million.

Separately, the board approved a $3 million share buyback, which chief executive officer Eric Blashford said demonstrates confidence in Broadwind's ( BWEN ) long-term growth and value strategy.

Shares jumped 12% in after-hours trading.
