Brookdale Senior Living Q1 Occupancy Rate Increases

04:30 PM EDT, 04/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Brookdale Senior Living ( BKD ) said the Q1 average occupancy rate increased to 79.3% from 77.9% a year earlier.

The average March occupancy rate rose to 79.5% from 77.9% a year earlier, the company said Tuesday in a statement.
