Three analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.21.

Total revenue and other operating income for the quarter ended Dec. 31 rose to $780.9 million from $754.5 million a year earlier.

Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $781.8 million.

The company's shares were up 5.7% in after-hours activity.
