04:30 PM EDT, 10/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Brookdale Senior Living ( BKD ) said late Wednesday that Sept. consolidated weighted average occupancy jumped 330 basis points to 82.5% from a year earlier.

Sequentially, the Sept. consolidated weighted average occupancy was up 70 basis points, the company said.

For Q3, consolidated occupancy rose to 81.8%, up 290 basis points a year earlier and 170 basis points sequentially.

Same community weighted average occupancy climbed to 82.7%, up 270 basis points year-over-year, it added.
