08:55 AM EDT, 03/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Brookfield Asset Management ( BAM ) said Tuesday it has closed its Brookfield Infrastructure Structured Solutions Fund, or BISS, after hitting its fundraising target of about $1 billion.

Brookfield added that its affiliates injected $150 million of the capital in the BISS fund, focused on sectors where Brookfield has established operations.
