Brookfield Asset Management Prices $750 Million Notes Offering

05:34 PM EDT, 09/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Brookfield Asset Management ( BAM ) said late Thursday it priced a $750 million public offering of senior notes due 2055, bearing interest at 6.077%.

The offering is expected to close Tuesday.

Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, according to the company.
