Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.40.

Total revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $1.25 billion, up from $1.12 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.32 billion.

The company said its board maintained a quarterly dividend of $0.4375 per share, payable on Dec. 31 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 28.
