09:21 AM EDT, 10/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Brookfield Asset Management ( BAM ) and Temasek's acquisition of renewable energy firm Luminace has been approved by the European Commission, the commission said Friday.

The transaction has limited impact on the European Economic Area and is not expected to raise any competition concerns, the commission said.

Luminace provides decarbonization services and develops solar and battery facilities.
