01:17 PM EDT, 06/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Brookfield Asset Management ( BAM ) said Monday it has agreed to sell the Conrad hotel in Seoul, South Korea, for $415 million to ARA Korea REF, a real estate fund.

The deal follows Brookfield's divestment of a 49% stake in ICD Brookfield Place in Dubai and two Grade-A commercial assets in India for a total of $3.50 billion, the company said.
