08:11 AM EST, 11/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Brookfield Asset Management ( BAM ) said Wednesday it has launched a $100 billion global artificial intelligence infrastructure initiative in partnership with Nvidia ( NVDA ) and the Kuwait Investment Authority.
Brookfield said it will anchor the program with the Brookfield Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure Fund, which has a target of $10 billion in equity commitments. The fund has already received $5 billion in commitments from investors, including Brookfield, Nvidia ( NVDA ), and KIA, according to a statement.
The fund intends to acquire up to $100 billion in AI infrastructure assets, including energy, land, data centers and compute. Brookfield said.
The fund will focus on AI factories built on Nvidia's ( NVDA ) DSX Vera Rubin-ready reference design, dedicated power systems, compute infrastructure designed for governments and businesses, and strategic partnerships across the AI value chain, Brookfield said.
