Brookfield considering offer for Grifols valuing it at 6.45 bln euros

MADRID, Nov 19 (Reuters) - Canadian investment fund

Brookfield said on Tuesday it is considering making an

public offer for Spanish pharma firm Grifols implying

a valuation 6.45 billion euros ($6.81 billion) or 10.50 euros

per A share.

The price indication is non-binding, Brookfield said in a

filing to the Spanish stock market regulator.

($1 = 0.9472 euros)
