Brookfield Gets Green Light to Renew Normal Course Issuer Bid

07:48 AM EDT, 05/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Brookfield (BN.TO) on Friday said the Toronto Stock Exchange has approved its notice to buy back up to 143 million shares.

The period of the normal course issuer bid (NCIB) will extend from May 27 to May 26 of next year.

Under its current NCIB, which expires on May 23, Brookfield has bought back 44.4 million shares at a weighted average price of US$51.20 per share.
