Brookfield Renewable Partners, Brookfield Infrastructure Get Clearance to Conclude Reorganization

05:39 AM EST, 12/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Brookfield Renewable Partners (BEP-UN.TO), Brookfield Infrastructure Partners (BIP-UN.TO) and Brookfield Infrastructure Corp. ( BIPC ) over the weekend said they have received all required shareholder, court and regulatory approvals for the reorganization of BIPC.

The arrangement will become effective before markets open on Tuesday.

As part of the reorganization, BIPC shareholders will receive new class A exchangeable shares in exchange for their class A exchangeable subordinate voting shares. The new shares will provide the same economic benefits and governance of investing in BIPC today.
