Brookfield Wealth Reports Just Shareholder Approval of Acquisition

10:19 AM EDT, 09/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Brookfield Wealth Solutions ( BNT ) said Friday that shareholders of Just Group voted in favor of Brookfield's acquisition of the company at meetings held on Sept. 19.

The acquisition is expected to close in H1 of 2026, Brookfield said.

Price: 71.08, Change: +0.44, Percent Change: +0.62
