Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

CHAPP and Citrus Insurance teams will join Brown & Brown's ( BRO ) Lakeland and Sebring offices in Florida.

Brown & Brown ( BRO ) shares were up 0.4% in early Wednesday trading.
