08:31 AM EST, 03/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Brown & Brown ( BRO ) said Wednesday that it has acquired the assets of Hillco Insurance.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Brown & Brown ( BRO ) said the acquisition will integrate Hillco into the insurance brokerage firm's Dallas office.
