08:15 AM EDT, 03/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Brown & Brown ( BRO ) and DealerMax said Wednesday that Brown & Brown Dealer Services has acquired the assets of DealerMax.

DealerMax's team will become part of Brown & Brown Dealer Services and continue to work from their Berwyn, Pennsylvania, offices, where they serve clients in Pennsylvania and the Northeast, the companies said.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
