07:15 AM EST, 01/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Brown & Brown ( BRO ) said Thursday it has launched Brown & Brown Healthcare, an integrated, all-lines national healthcare practice.

The new unit will consist of a team of over 140 professionals, co-led by Matthew Siciliani and Tracy Hoffman and guided by Bob Dubraski as practice chairman, the company said.

Brown & Brown Healthcare will provide healthcare risk, insurance and brokerage services, including professional liability, managed care reinsurance, value-based care, property, executive and cyber liability, workers compensation, captive management, and actuarial services, the company added.
