05:27 PM EDT, 04/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Brown & Brown ( BRO ) reported Q1 adjusted earnings late Monday of $1.14 per diluted share, up from $0.96 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $1.07.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $1.26 billion, up from $1.12 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $1.22 billion.

The board maintained a quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share, payable on May 15 to shareholders of record on May 6.
