Brown-Forman CFO Leanne Cunningham to Retire

04:58 PM EDT, 08/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Brown-Forman (BF.A, BF.B) said late Monday that its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Leanne Cunningham will retire on May 1, after more than three decades with the company.

The company said it has launched a search for her successor and expects to name a new CFO by year-end to ensure a smooth transition.
