BRP Shareholder Bain Capital to Sell 1.5 Million Shares

05:38 PM EDT, 09/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BRP (DOOO) said Monday that Bain Capital Integral Investors, a selling stakeholder, will divest 1.5 million subordinate voting shares to BMO Capital Markets in a secondary offering priced at C$90.71 ($65.71) a share.

Following the transaction, Bain and its affiliates will hold almost 10.5 million voting shares of the company, representing 14.4% of BRP's issued and outstanding shares and 24.4% of the total voting power.

BRP won't receive any proceeds from the sale.

The company's shares fell 2.4% in after-hours trading.
