07:14 AM EDT, 04/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BRP on Tuesday agreed to sell Telwater to Yamaha Motor Australia, a unit of Yamaha Motor .

The company didn't disclose the sale price for the deal, which is expected to be completed in the second quarter of BRP's fiscal 2026.

"We are pleased with today's announcement, our first transaction in the process for the sale of our Marine businesses," said BRP Chief Executive Jose Boisjoli.

U.S.-listed shares of the company were last seen down 0.3% at $33.70 in pre-market trading.
