08:08 AM EDT, 10/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BRT Apartments ( BRT ) said Monday that it acquired Oaks at Victory, a 150-unit apartment complex in Savannah, Georgia.

The company said it acquired the property for $23 million through a joint venture in which it owns an 80% equity interest.

BRT said it borrowed $8 million from its credit facility to fund the acquisition.
