BRT Apartments Says CFO George Zweier Intends to Resign

11:00 AM EST, 12/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BRT Apartments ( BRT ) said Thursday that Chief Financial Officer George Zweier plans to resign "at some point" over the next two years.

Zweier informed the company about his plan Monday, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Shares were edging 0.1% higher in recent trading.
