07:58 AM EDT, 05/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bruker ( BRKR ) said Thursday that it has agreed to a final settlement with 10x Genomics ( TXG ) to resolve their patent disputes and dismiss multiple lawsuits.

Under the settlement, all ongoing lawsuits and administrative proceedings filed by both companies will be withdrawn, including litigation pending in the US, Germany, and the European Unified Patent Court.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
