08:10 AM EDT, 10/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Bruker ( BRKR ) said Wednesday that it has acquired Germany-based Dynamic Biosensors, a firm known for biosensor technology.

Bruker ( BRKR ) said the acquisition would strengthen its biophysical offerings for analyzing molecular interactions in drug discovery and research.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

Bruker ( BRKR ) said it expects additional revenue of more than $5 million from the acquisition in fiscal 2025, with no significant impact on earnings per share.
