09:10 AM EDT, 08/10/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bruker ( BRKR ) said Monday it has made a majority investment in Mimetas to expand its disease research and drug development capabilities into human tissue modeling systems.

Financial terms of the investment were not disclosed.

Mimetas creates organ-on-a-chip platforms that simulate human tissue functions to study diseases, the company said.

Bruker ( BRKR ) said it plans to integrate these biological models with its molecular, cellular, and imaging technologies.

Bruker ( BRKR ) shares were 0.5% lower in premarket trading.
