Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $860.5 million, down from $864.4 million a year earlier.

For 2025, the company lowered its non-GAAP EPS guidance to $1.85 to $1.90, from $1.95 to $2.05 previously.

Bruker ( BRKR ) also cut its 2025 revenue guidance to $3.41 billion to $3.44 billion, down from its previous range of $3.43 billion to $3.50 billion.
