Germany, by invalidating 10x Genomics' ( TXG ) European patent No. 2794928B1 in Germany.

"The Federal Patent Court ruled that the German part of the 928 Patent is invalid," Bruker ( BRKR ) said.

The patent has been asserted by 10x Genomics ( TXG ) against NanoString in patent infringement cases in Germany and before the European Unified Patent Court over NanoString's CosMx Spatial Molecular Imager products for RNA detection, the firm said.

NanoString will request the German Higher Regional Court of Munich to lift the injunction on CosMx products, the firm said.

10x Genomics ( TXG ) did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.

10x Genomics ( TXG ) shares were down about 4.6% in recent trading while Bruker ( BRKR ) was up around 1.7%.
