Brunswick Elects CEO David M. Foulkes to Also Assume Chairman Role

09:05 AM EST, 02/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- The Brunswick Corp. ( BC ) said Thursday it has elected Chief Executive David M. Foulkes to also assume the chairman role, effective March 1.

Non-Executive Chair Nancy E. Cooper will remain on the board and board member David E. Everitt will take on the role of lead independent director, the company said.

Cooper said combining the chief executive and chair role is expected to "drive execution of our strategic plan."
