Brunswick Exploration up 17% as It Closes a $4.81-Million Offering of Flow-Through Shares

11:28 AM EST, 12/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Brunswick Exploration ( BRWXF ) , up 17% on last look, said Friday it raised $4.81 million from an upsized brokered offering of Quebec and National tax-advantaged shares and charity flow-through shares.

"With this fresh injection of capital, BRW will continue to advance its Mirage Project alongside the rest of its Quebec portfolio in a financially sustainable fashion," said chief executive Killian Charles.

The company will announce the final results from its third-quarter drill campaign at Mirage next year.

Brunswick shares were last seen up $0.025 to $0.17 on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Price: 0.17, Change: +0.03, Percent Change: +17.24
