10:27 AM EDT, 07/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BTC Digital ( BTCT ) said Tuesday that it is selling $6 million of ordinary shares in a registered direct offering.

The agreements cover the sale of 2 million ordinary shares at $3 a piece, according to the company.

BTC Digital ( BTCT ) said it expects to close the offering on or about Wednesday and net proceeds will be used for the purchase of Ethereum.

Shares of the company fell 17% in recent trading.
