10:49 AM EST, 12/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BTC Digital ( BTCT ) said the gross proceeds of its share offering increased to 8.8 million after the underwriter exercised an overallotment option.

The underwriter bought an additional 228,853 shares at $8 apiece resulting in $1.8 million in extra proceeds, the company said Thursday in a statement.

After the underwriter exercised the option, the number of shares sold in the offering rose to almost 1.11 million, the company said.
