Builders FirstSource Launches $500 Million Senior Notes Offering

09:46 AM EDT, 05/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Builders FirstSource ( BLDR ) said Monday that it has launched an offering of $500 million in aggregate principal amount of unsecured senior notes due 2035.

The company said the offering's consummation is still subject to market and other conditions and proceeds will be used to repay debt.

Price: 112.81, Change: -1.32, Percent Change: -1.16
