04:49 PM EST, 12/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Builders FirstSource ( BLDR ) said Monday it has agreed to buy Alpine Lumber.

Alpine has 21 locations in the Front Range of Colorado, western Colorado and northern New Mexico with a product range including prefabricated trusses and wall panels and millwork, the firm said.

The acquisition is expected to be accretive to its adjusted EPS in 2025 and will be funded through a combination of cash and credit facilities, the company said. It expects to close the deal early in Q1 2025.
