Bunge Global Completes Sale of North America Corn Milling Business

07:36 AM EDT, 07/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bunge Global ( BG ) said Tuesday it has completed the previously announced sale of its North America dry corn and corn masa milling business.

In April, Bunge said Grain Craft, an independent flour miller in the US, will acquire Bunge Global's ( BG ) facilities in Illinois, Indiana, Nebraska, Iowa, Texas, Kansas, and Queretaro, Mexico.
