09:04 AM EDT, 10/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bunker Hill Mining ( BHLL ) announced Monday that its unit Silver Valley Metals Corp. entered into an asset purchase agreement with a unit of Silver Dollar Resources ( SLVDF ) , to buy the Ranger-Page property.
The company said the Ranger-Page property includes six past-producing underground high-grade silver-lead-zinc mines located immediately adjacent to and to the west of the Bunker Hill Mine in the "prolific" Silver Valley mining district of Idaho, USA. It said historical drilling and production data from the Ranger-Page Mines indicate high-grade silver-lead-zinc mineralization remains open at depth and along strike.
The acquisition will align with Bunker Hill's ongoing restart of operations at the Bunker Hill Mine once complete, targeted for the first half of 2026, and will enhance its upside optionality for future resource expansion and mill feed sources.
"The addition of the Ranger-Page Mines will be another key step in our vision to re-establish Bunker Hill as a leading producer in the Silver Valley," said Bunker Hill Mining ( BHLL ) Chief Executive Sam Ash. "The Ranger-Page mine infrastructure and mineralized zones are geologically continuous with the Bunker Hill system, offering immediate synergies for exploration, development, and potential future production."
Shares of Bunker Hill Mining ( BHLL ) fell $0.01 or 5% to $0.19 on Friday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
