Bunker Hill to Issue Shares for Debenture Interest Payment

07:08 AM EDT, 04/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bunker Hill Mining ( BHLL ) on Friday said it is issuing up to 187,000 shares to cover interest of US$18,750 owed to holders of 7.5% convertible debentures that mature on March 31, 2028.

The company will issue the interest shares at a deemed price of US$0.10 each.
