Business First Bancshares Closes Acquisition of Oakwood Bancshares

04:12 AM EDT, 10/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Business First Bancshares ( BFST ) said late Tuesday it has closed the acquisition of Oakwood Bancshares.

The combination boosts b1BANK's assets to $7.6 billion, loans to $5.9 billion and deposits to $6.3 billion, the company said.
