04:02 AM EST, 12/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BW LPG ( BWLP ) said Tuesday it has taken delivery of the vessels BW Mistral and BW Polaris, bringing the number of very large gas carriers it has received from Avance Gas Holdings to nine, with three more remaining for delivery.

As part of the acquisition, the company said it issued about 3.5 million new shares to Avance Gas as partial payment for the vessels.
