04:56 AM EST, 11/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BW LPG ( BWLP ) said Tuesday its BW LPG India subsidiary has decided to sell its 2007-built vessel BW Cedar for $65 million as part of a planned fleet renewal.

The vessel will be delivered to the new owners in Q1 2025.

The company also exercised a purchase option for BW Kizoku, a 2019 Japan-built very large gas carrier, for $69.8 million. The vessel is expected to be delivered in January 2025.
