BWX Technologies Appoints Mike Fitzgerald as Finance Chief

04:43 AM EDT, 08/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BWX Technologies ( BWXT ) said Thursday it has named Mike T. Fitzgerald as chief financial officer after serving as interim CFO since May 12.

Fitzgerald joined the company in 2022 as vice president of finance and chief accounting officer, after leadership roles at MorganFranklin, the company said.

Shares of the company were down by more than 2% in recent Friday premarket activity.
