08:09 AM EDT, 03/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- BXP (BXP) said Monday that it has leased 230,000 square feet at 360 Park Avenue South in Midtown South, bringing the 450,000-square-foot building to over 90% occupancy.

The company said the leases include both new tenants and expansions, with a weighted average term of 11.4 years.

Financial details of recent transactions were not disclosed.

BXP said key tenants include Hunter Point Capital, Trexquant, Betches Media, Marriott International, Vercel, and Optiver.
