03:30 AM EDT, 08/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Byline Bancorp ( BY ) said Thursday it has completed a $75 million private placement of 6.875% fixed-to-floating rate subordinated notes due 2035.

The company said it will use proceeds to redeem 6% notes due 2030.

The new notes are redeemable starting Aug. 15, 2030, and are structured to qualify as Tier 2 capital, Byline said.
