04:44 AM EDT, 06/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Byline Bancorp ( BY ) said late Tuesday that the Estate of Daniel L. Goodwin and Equity Shares Investors priced a secondary public offering of about 4.3 million Byline Bancorp ( BY ) common shares at $24.75 each.

The company said it will purchase $10 million of the shares from the offering's underwriter. It expects the offering to close Thursday.

Byline Bancorp ( BY ) shares were down 3.8% in recent premarket activity Wednesday.
