04:18 AM EDT, 09/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ByNordic Acquisition ( BYNO ) , a special-purpose acquisition firm, disclosed a one-month extension late Thursday to the time it has to complete a business combination.

The extension from Sept. 12 to Oct. 12 is the second of up to 12 one-month extensions permitted under its certificate of incorporation, the company said. It deposited the required funds into its trust account to extend the period.
