C3is Closes $2 Million Offering of Common Shares

11:06 AM EDT, 10/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- C3is ( CISS ) said Thursday it closed a registered direct offering of 800,000 common shares at $2.50 apiece for gross proceeds of $2 million.

Net proceeds, along with cash on hand, will be used for general corporate purposes and working capital, the company said.
