C3is to Implement 1-for-2.5 Reverse Stock Split

09:28 AM EST, 12/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- C3is ( CISS ) said Monday it will implement a 1-for-2.5 reverse stock split of its common shares, which will be effective from Jan. 2.

C3is ( CISS ) said the reverse stock split aims to boost the market price of its stock to enable it to meet the minimum bid price rule for continued listing on the Nasdaq.
